Leadership and global learning for ages 14–15

Step Up is an international residential camp designed for young people aged 14–15. Participants take on greater responsibility as they explore global issues, develop leadership skills, and learn to work together across cultures.

Programme Highlights:

  • 3–4 week residential camp
  • Participants from up to 10 countries
  • Youth-led educational sessions
  • Focus on leadership, teamwork, and dialogue
  • Supported by trained adult leaders
